Cognex In-Sight 7000
The In-Sight 7000 series is a fully equipped vision system that performs precise inspections even at high production line speeds. With its compact dimensions, it fits lines with limited space and its modular design makes it easy to adapt to specific application requirements. In-Sight 7000 features a highly visible pass/fail LED indicator ring around the camera housing, in addition to internal and external illumination supply/control options, making it easy to see the inspection status regardless of installation.

The In-Sight family of ultra-compact and self-contained vision systems delivers image processing power at PC speed. With dimensions of 31 x 31 x 64 mm and Power over Ethernet (PoE), the In-Sight 8000 series models are the ideal solution for stand-alone vision systems where mounting space is limited.
As the world's smallest smart camera, the In-Sight 8000 Series offers resolutions of VGA, 1MP, 2MP and 5MP for monochrome systems and resolutions in VGA, 1MP, 2MP and 5MP for colour systems. The systems support Gigabyte Ethernet for high-speed connections, providing very fast acquisition and two levels of performance.

The In-Sight 9000 is a ruggedly designed line of standalone imaging systems with extremely high resolution. Due to its ability to capture and process detailed images, In-Sight 9000 provides extremely accurate part location, measurement and inspection over large areas.
Line scan and area scan image capture options are available for imaging constantly moving or stationary objects. A comprehensive range of image processing tools, configurable via the In-Sight EasyBuilder interface, also handles a wide variety of applications across many industries.
